The planned 548-metre Wynn Bridge should link the resort via Wynn Boulevard with E311 and E611. On 2 February 2026 it was 48% complete, piling was finished and nine of ten bridge column pile caps were in place; Wynn was targeting completion in late 2026.

Where 18,500 sqm comes from

Older property and news reports, along with several current search results, quote an estimated 18,500 sqm gaming floor. Wynn has not explained whether the two measurements cover different spaces, so the older estimate is kept separate from the newer figure.

What this measurement leaves unknown

The floor area says nothing about table or slot numbers, the game mix, or the split between general and private rooms. Wynn had not released those details by 10 August 2026, so a precise inventory requires a newer operator source.

Guest rooms, suites and residences

Wynn announced an original Punchdrunk production on 29 June 2026, scheduled to debut with the resort. Once sales begin, the expected choice is a seated performance upstairs or a roaming immersive route downstairs and backstage; dates and prices are not yet available.

Shopping plans and the art collection

The plans include a naturally lit shopping parterre for luxury brands, although Wynn has not issued the complete shop list. Coral Court is designated for events and celebrations and has a published area of 7,708 sqm. Its plan includes six reconfigurable meeting rooms, separate salons for brides and grooms, and private prayer rooms for men and women.

The column-free Grand Ballroom

Overlooking the marina, the Grand Ballroom spans 2,633 sqm and has no columns. The area is useful for comparing venues, but it does not set a capacity because tables, stages, aisles and production equipment change the seating arrangement.

After bookings open, check the final drop-off location because the hotel, events centre and marina may have separate entrances. Keep extra time in the plan and do not pay for a transfer unless it appears in the written reservation confirmation.
